The price has two parts: a fixed base fee and a per-client monthly fee that gets smaller the more client companies you serve. The licence carries no per-user or per-transaction fees. Mandatory infrastructure costs, such as e-invoicing traffic and AI usage, are billed separately at cost.
The more you grow, the lower the price per client.

Which of these apply to your deployment is confirmed during scoping and written into the licence agreement, before anything is signed.
We set the price in a free scoping session, based on the size of your organisation and the volume it runs. It is a base fee plus a monthly fee per client, and that per-client fee falls as your client numbers rise. You see the whole table, the bands and the rates, before you sign anything.
The base fee, the bands and the per-client rates are fixed for the whole contract term. Your price moves only if your client numbers move, never because we put it up. At renewal we use the same table you saw at the start.
We charge nothing per document, per scan, per user or per bank transaction. Where a third party charges for usage, banks, e-invoicing operators, AI model providers, it is passed through to you at cost and we take no cut. We estimate the AI usage cost during scoping so you know it up front.
Anything you build on top of the engine, and the rights to it, belongs to you. It's written into the contract.
The engine is meant to be shaped, and most customers keep adjusting it as their way of working changes. Your own people can build on it as much as they like without affecting the licence; our people work at project or hourly rates agreed in advance.
Run the engine on your own material at a fixed pilot price before the licence starts.
The engine as it stands when you buy is included in the price. We keep developing it, and moving to a new engine version is priced separately. The annual review follows the cost index only, capped at 5%.
Prices exclude VAT. The licence price does not include the mandatory infrastructure costs such as your e-invoicing operator, bank connections or AI model usage; those are billed at cost and we take no cut. The final price is confirmed during scoping, before anything is signed.
We go through how you work today, the systems you use, your country-specific requirements and what you want to customise. Together we decide what the engine handles from day one and what gets built on top, and we size your price.
The engine runs alongside your current process on a limited set of material, at a fixed pilot price. You see the quality on your own data before you commit.
We help you move history, charts of accounts and open items across from your current system in a controlled way. You go live in stages, and anything you want on top is built as you go, by your team, ours, or both.
You won't do the move on your own, we support the transition as part of getting you started.
Tell us what you're running today, and we'll show you what the same work looks like on Accounting.dev, and what it costs. Predictably.
