How the licence works, the terms, without the fine print
We set the price in a free scoping session, based on the size of your organisation. No guesswork and no hidden tiers.
The same monthly price for as long as you use the engine. No increases mid-contract and no surprises at renewal.
We charge nothing per document, per scan, per user or per bank transaction. Where a third party charges per transaction, banks, e-invoicing operators, you pay them directly at cost. We take no cut.
Anything you build on top of the engine, and the rights to it, belongs to you. It's written into the contract.
The engine is meant to be shaped, and most customers keep adjusting it as their way of working changes. Your own people can build on it as much as they like without affecting the licence; our people work at project or hourly rates agreed in advance.
Run the engine on your own material at a fixed pilot price before the licence starts.
Prices exclude VAT. The final price is confirmed during scoping, before anything is signed.
How you get up and running.
Scoping
We go through how you work today, the systems you use, your country-specific requirements and what you want to customise. Together we decide what the engine handles from day one and what gets built on top, and we set your fixed price.
Pilot
The engine runs alongside your current process on a limited set of material, at a fixed pilot price. You see the quality on your own data before you commit.
Moving over and going live
We help you move history, charts of accounts and open items across from your current system in a controlled way. You go live in stages, and anything you want on top is built as you go, by your team, ours, or both.
You won't do the move on your own, we support the transition as part of getting you started.
